Procut DCW · D and D Diamonds CC · Bedfordview
The manufacturing arm of the Etkind diamond operation.
Procut DCW is the cutting and polishing works run by D and D Diamonds CC, a South African Closed Corporation founded by Darren Lance Etkind. We are a De Beers DBCM Emerging Beneficiation Customer, a SADPMR-licensed beneficiator under the Diamonds Act 1986, and a sister business to the retail brand Prodiam Trading, through which our finished pieces are sold direct to consumers.
What we do
Procut DCW takes rough diamonds, sourced through De Beers DBCM viewings in Johannesburg and from independent South African diggers we have worked with for decades, and polishes them in-house at our Bedfordview cutting works to GIA Excellent / AGS Ideal cut grade. The resulting stones either move into the Prodiam retail inventory or are placed with trade buyers under our Beneficiation Customer designation.
We do not stock or polish lab-grown / synthetic diamonds. Procut DCW is a natural-only beneficiator.
